Biography

Tracey Poole brings more than 18 years of practical business experience to her new North Bay office.  Tracey’s time with large corporate entities such as Procter & Gamble (16 years) and IBM Canada (2+ years) means your company will benefit from the same kind of top-drawer leadership as large companies have access to on a regular basis.

Accounts Receivables are a part of every business that, if left unattended, can cause significant problems.  This is also an area of your business that can yield positive bottom line results.  Tracey’s experience with Receivables Management will be of benefit to those companies looking to focus current staff on more meaningful work and maintain strong customer relations.

Improving employee productivity is a particular passion for Tracey, who knows that it requires a clear understanding of your entire operation and all the personalities involved.  Tracey understands that each business is different and that the needs of businesses change over time.  Successfully conducting the necessary research in order to help meet your Employee Relations goals takes the efforts of a true “people person” with strong business acumen and years of direct experience.

Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge regarding Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension plans.  Her years spent working with Actuaries and Lawyers have given her a unique perspective and keen understanding of the pension world.

Tracey Poole was born and raised in North Bay.  In 1985 Tracey left the North for school in Toronto, moving back to North Bay in 2000 with her children and her husband.
